JULIA BURT, LMFT

Julia Burt is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She completed her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California and completed her traineeship at the Maple Counseling Center. Julia works with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, family and relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

 

Julia approaches each client with compassion and understanding and believes that creating a warm and safe environment is essential to the therapeutic process. She believes that when people are given the right tools and the room to grow, they can reach their goals and thrive in their daily lives. Julia honors each client’s unique needs by integrating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, and narrative techniques.
