Eden is a second-year clinical psychology doctoral student at the California School of Professional Psychology. She is dedicated to guiding children, teenagers, and young adults toward enhanced well-being. With seven years of experience as a respite caregiver for individuals with developmental disabilities, she brings a unique and empathetic perspective to her practice.
Eden provides individual therapy and co-facilitates group therapy at CARE-LA. She has experience working with clients who have autism, ADHD, and emotional regulation issues. Her clinical work with neurodivergent clients and underprivileged children and teenagers has given her profound insights into family dynamics and diverse life challenges.
Eden's approach emphasizes meeting each person where they are, cultivating connection, and teaching her clients tools they can use to cope with everyday life. She employs an integrative approach, combining CBT, DBT, and strengths-based methods to empower her clients.
Eden is committed to empowering individuals, fostering a sense of belonging, and instilling confidence in their abilities. Supervision is provided by Dr. Erin Cantwell, PhD.
